Bootsie's Magnesium Spray is a convenient and easy-to-use. It is commonly used for promoting relaxation, easing muscle tension, and supporting a restful sleep. We suggest spraying the bottom of your feet before bed, however our Magnesium Spray can be applied anywhere on the body that is achy or sore.

I’ve had Restless Leg Syndrome most of my life. I take a prescription drug for it and it helps enormously, but a lot of the time it does wear off & I wake up in the night with jumpy legs. I am grateful for the meds as it’s the only thing that works. I also struggle with falling asleep & staying asleep. All of this preamble is just to say that since purchasing your magnesium spray in Mount Vernon at the street fair I’ve been sleeping like a baby. I spray it on my feet before I go to bed and also a little on my legs. I fall sleep pretty quickly and I don’t wake up. I mean, of course I wake up, ha ha , but I sleep soundly through the night. This is sort of a miracle for me so I wanted to let you know. Like anything else I don’t know if it will last but I am over the moon right now and I’m very grateful. It’s the only thing I’ve tried besides the meds that has ever worked. And believe me I’ve tried everything. You have a great product there & I am very grateful. Yay!!
I use the magnesium spray on my feet at night & from day one I could tell a HUGE difference. I have two young kids so I depend on caffeine but now I can get through a crazy day with one/ one and a half cups of coffee. I have been sleeping like a rock!
